Q: Is the jewelry I order the same one photographed on the website?
A: It may or may not be. Please contact to confirm. While the style number and specifications are identical, each one of Gabrielle’s pieces is truly one-of-a-kind. Natural gems, especially pearls, each have unique marks, imperfections or inclusions like a gemological fingerprint. Therefore, it is virtually impossible for any two to be perfectly identical. It is always a good idea to contact us so we can send you a snapshot of the actual piece before shipping. If you ever feel that the piece you received is, in your opinion, substantially different that the piece photographed for the website, feel free to return it (contact to obtain RMA first).
Q: What is your return/refund policy?
A: Buying jewelry online is a new experience for all of us. After all, something as personal as jewelry must be held, felt and tried on before making a commitment. While we are proud of every piece Gabrielle designs and handcrafts in her studio in New York City, we would understand if you wished to return a piece for some reason (up to 14 days after your receive it). Contact us for Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA). Returned pieces must be unused, undamaged and in the original packaging. You can either request an exchange or a refund. We try to make the process as hassle-free as possible for you. You just pay for shipping & insurance. Contact us for more details. (Exceptions may apply for custom pieces made exclusively for you.)
Q: When will I receive my jewelry?
A: If the piece is in stock, it will ship within 2-3 days. If it is not in stock, since every piece is handcrafted, it could take anywhere from one week to four weeks before it is shipped. Contact us for more specific time frames for your order.
Q: How are shipping charges calculated?
A: For your convenience, we have a flat $20. discount rate for shipping and insurance via FedEx ground anywhere within the United States. Contact for overseas or overnight rates.
Q: Is this Gabrielle Sanchez’ own website?
A: Yes. While Gabrielle Sanchez designs continue to be available from our valued vendors both online and in stores, this is Gabrielle’s own website.
Q: Are my pearls “natural” or “cultured”?
A: Yes. They are both natural and cultured. Non-cultured pearls, i.e., those found by divers in wild oyster beds, are all but non-existent these days. Almost all pearls are cultured today.
